AutoTQ® Limited Warranty

Golden Hour Medical, Inc. (“Golden Hour Medical”) warrants that the AutoTQ® device will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

What This Warranty Covers
During the one-year warranty period, Golden Hour Medical will, at its discretion, repair or replace an AutoTQ® device that is determined to be defective in materials or workmanship when used in accordance with provided instructions and labeling.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper storage, modification, or use inconsistent with the Instructions for Use (IFU). It also does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage that does not affect device function, damage resulting from accidents or improper maintenance, unauthorized repairs, or disposable or single-use components unless otherwise specified.

Replacement After Use
AutoTQ® cuffs are intended for emergency use. If an AutoTQ® cuff is deployed in a real-world bleeding emergency, Golden Hour Medical is committed to providing a replacement cuff in accordance with our replacement policy.

How to Obtain Warranty Service
To request warranty service, please contact Golden Hour Medical at [email protected] with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. Golden Hour Medical may request the return of the device or component for evaluation prior to repair or replacement.

Disclaimer of Other Warranties
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Golden Hour Medical. All other express or implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability
Golden Hour Medical shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the AutoTQ® device, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
