Col. (Ret) Andrew Herbst - Field Medical and Defense Advisor
Col. (Ret) Andrew Herbst is a 37-year Army Veteran who served seven tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. He is a recipient of the Army’s Expert Field Medical Badge, Combat Action Badge, and Master Parachutist Badge. He served as Commander U.S. Army Garrison Fort Leonard Wood, and Chief of Joint, Bi-National NORAD and NORTHCOM J35 Chemical, Biological Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) branch. He currently serves as Program Manager for Homeland Defense at the U.S. Army Forces Command (FORSCOM) and Honorary Colonel of the Chemical Regiment at U.S. Army. He holds an MS in Campaign Planning and Strategy, a MA in Public Administration, and a BA in Biological Sciences.
